Author’s guidelines

  1. Author should submit manuscripts in Either English or Gurumukhi or Shahmukhi in Word format.
  2. It should have a photo and biodata with the contact detail of each article contributor.
  3. Authors are advised to submit two or more scripts ( it is not mandatory) but preferred
  4. We preferred unpublished articles. If in case it is published there should be proper permission from the publisher or author
  5. Plagrasim in part or complete article will be the author’s responsibility. We advised you not to copy material in parts or complete the article without proper permission and it should be properly acknowledged in the article.
  6. Consequences of plagiarism will be the author’s responsibility
  7. Title with 16 points followed by author’s name( English font- verdona, Gurumhi- NormalUI or Anmolipi or Sutlaj, Shamulhi Alvi
    8 Section should be in 14 points and the body of the article in 12 points.
  8. End note is not permitted
    10 Footnotes are allowed
    11 References should be at the end of the article and should be on a fresh page
  9. Tables and photo images are placed where they should be in the article and the source should be properly acknowledged
  10. There is no limit of the length of the article and no limit for supporting tables, photos and images graphs

Guest Editor Guidelines

  1. Guide Editor Once accepted the invitation from us he/she will be responsible for specific themes( if wished)
  2. Once accepted under no circumstances can deny the role of Guest editor till his/ her special issue is open to public
  3. It is a free journal so no remuneration will be given
  4. Guest editor will invite different contributors for five or more articles of his/ her choice
  5. Guest Editor will submit Guest Editorial
  6. All publishing material of five or more articles and Guest Editorial along with photo and biodata of each contributor in word format in English or Gurumukhi or Shahmukhi or in two or more scripts before one month of his special issue. For example, he is invited for March month Guest Editor. In this case, all publishing material should be submitted before 10 February
  7. We open the issue every month on 24th.
    8.It is an online free publication. If some library demands print( hardcopy)they are free to download for print
